Christopher Rauh is a Professor of Economics and Data Science at the University of Cambridge. He is also a Fellow of Trinity College Cambridge, and a Research Affiliate at CEPR, HCEO, IZA, and PRIO. His work involves complex datasets and applied methodologies, including machine learning and structural modelling. He serves as Principal Investigator at conflictforecast.org and EconAI, and has conducted multiple projects with the FCDO, German Foreign Office, and IMF. His research has been published in prominent Economics and Political Science journals and his work has been widely featured in the media, including The Economist, Bloomberg, The Guardian, Washington Post, the BBC, FAZ, and Der Spiegel. He is recognized among the top 1% of Economists in terms of research output over the past decade.
