Astrid Rosenthal-von der Pütten, Ph.D. (University of Duisburg-Essen) is a Full Professor, director of the group Individual and Technology at the Department for Technology, Innovation, and Society at RWTH Aachen University. Her research interests include social effects of artificial entities, HRI especially the uncanny valley, presence and communication in social media.
