Yasuo Deguchi
Yasuo Deguchi is Co-Chairperson of the Kyoto Institute of Philosophy and Dean and Professor of Philosophy of Graduate School of Letters, Kyoto University. His research fields include modern and contemporary Western philosophy and analytic Asian philosophy. In recent years, he has been proposing “Self-as-We” as a perspective on humanity and society based on “incapability.”
