Walter Kemp is strategic adviser at GCSP. He is also directing the process of formulating a global strategy against transnational organized crime at the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. He has had a number of senior positions in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, was speechwriter and spokesman at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and was Vice President of the International Peace Institute. His latest book is entitled "Security through Cooperation: to the same end" (Routledge, 2022).
