Victor is Senior Foresight Manager in the Foresight, Research & Modelling team at the Swiss Re Institute. He is responsible for building out and running a foresight capability aimed at guiding the R&D agenda for Swiss Re, as well as helping the firm and its partners to prepare for the risks and opportunities of tomorrow.

Before joining Swiss Re in early 2022, he held various roles at the intersect between science, innovation, and policy, guiding and promoting robust decision-making and strategy development. During 2020-2021, he worked as consultant for the OECD and a for-impact venture studio. Prior to this, he held group leadership and postdoc roles at ETH Zurich. He holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, during which he supported national government scenario planning through (agent-based) modelling.
