Stefano Ferretti

Stefano Ferretti is an Associate Professor at the Department of Pure and Applied Sciences, University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”, since 2020. Earlier, he was Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Bologna. He received the Laurea degree (summa cum laude) and the Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Bologna. He is in the technical committee of Computer Communications, Elsevier, Online Social Networks and Media, Elsevier, as well as in the editorial board of the Encyclopedia of Computer Graphics and Games, Springer. He acted as associate editor of the Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory (SIMPAT) journal, Elsevier, and editor of special issues on other international journals (i.e., Elsevier ComCom, Springer Electronic Markets, Wiley CPE). He acted as chairs for several conferences and workshops within flagship conferences, e.g., IEEE DS-RT, ACM Mobisys, IEEE InfoCom.
