Matthew MacDougall
Matthew is a neurosurgeon and a pioneer in brain-computer interfaces. Head of surgery at Neuralink, he has developed methods for efficient brain-computer interface in several model organisms and is working to bring those advances to humans. Previously at Stanford, the University of California San Diego, and the California Institute of Technology. Matthew currently maintains an active clinical neurosurgery practice in San Francisco in addition to his work to accelerate future surgical technologies.
