Kyla S. Ost, PhD, earned her doctoral degree in Genetics and Genomics at Duke University in 2016 under the mentorship of Dr. J. Andrew Alspaugh. She then completed postdoctoral training in Dr. June Round’s lab at the University of Utah. Dr. Ost joined the faculty of the Department of Immunology and Microbiology at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine in 2022. Dr. Ost received a Helen Hay Whitney Foundation Fellowship, a Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Career Development Award, and a K22 Career Transition Award from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease.
