Elaine France helps businesses and organizations to use futures thinking to accelerate innovation for sustainability transformations. Her capacity-building focuses on enabling regenerative, flourishing futures, by embedding foresight as an essential green skill. Elaine is the Founder of Flow In Action (https://www.flowinaction.org), a boutique foresight and entrepreneurial education consultancy. She brings together 30 years of experience in social development to cohere and catalyse innovation and entrepreneurship eco-systems, working with multi-stakeholders and in intergenerational, multi-cultural settings, including the UN, Government Advisory, Public Sector, Private Sector and Civil Society. She partners with the Geneva Responsible Entrepreneurship Centre (GREC) at the University of Geneva and Global Entrepreneurship Week Geneva. Clients include: Innosuisse, UN ITU, UN IOM, UNHCR, UNECE-WHO Europe, Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. Prior to coming to Switzerland in 2011, Elaine was Project Director and Head of Business Development at Partnerships UK/Local Partnerships, a spin-out of HM Treasury, co-creating a multi-million hybrid Accelerator supporting the development of health and social care enterprises.
