Christian Schlaepfer

Christian Schlaepfer is a diplomat and covers science, technology, innovation, data and digital cooperation at the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN in New York. He has previously worked on the transitional justice and atrocity prevention desk at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs after postings in Berlin and Kyiv. As political advisor to the Swiss OSCE Chairmanship in 2014 as well as to the OSCE Special Representative to Ukraine in 2015 he has supported peace mediation efforts in the region. Christian Schläpfer holds a PhD in History.
