Caroline has over 10 years of experience in managing digital health projects and multi-stakeholder partnerships with a focus on the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of innovative health informatics solutions to strengthen health systems. Caroline is advocating for improved knowledge management, sharing, and systemic approaches to improve collaboration and governance in digital health. Caroline holds a degree in business administration (information management), a Master in Management of Information Systems and Service Sciences, and a PhD in global health from the University of Geneva. Implementation sciences and impact evaluation of digital health are her research domains.
